So how much do you really love absinthe? Would you use at least 1/4 cup of it in an absinthe cupcake recipe? Would you use your favorite brand absinthe for baking or a cheaper quality brand like Lucid or Kubler?We'll be trying this recipe out soon, as it sounds interesting enough and post the results. I am apprehensive becuase the woman who created this cupcake recipe doesnt seem to be an overtly big fan of absinthe.
